Seller Command is not yet publicly available. These pre-release terms are an operational draft and will be reviewed against the exact Release 1.0 product, subscriptions, and App Store requirements before submission.

Service provider

Seller Command is provided by AIMQWEST Corporation. Support is available at support@aimqwest.ai.

Authorized use

You may use Seller Command only for seller accounts and data you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the accuracy of information and instructions you approve and for complying with applicable marketplace rules, laws, and provider terms.

Deliberate confirmation

Seller Command is designed to prepare information and supported actions for review. You remain responsible for checking editable drafts, amounts, recipients, listings, and other action details before manual confirmation. No assisted draft should be treated as legal, tax, financial, or marketplace-policy advice.

Marketplace and AI services

Some features may depend on user-authorized third-party services. Availability may be affected by eBay, Apple, OpenAI, infrastructure providers, or other external systems. Seller Command does not grant rights to those third-party services and does not supersede their terms.

Subscriptions

When paid plans become available in the iOS app, purchases and subscription management will use Apple’s in-app purchase system. Price, plan, renewal, cancellation, and refund information displayed by Apple at purchase will control to the extent required by Apple’s terms and applicable law.

Availability and changes

Pre-release features, status, and timelines may change as safety, provider, device, ACA2, Perfecto, TestFlight, and App Store evidence is completed. AIMQWEST may modify or discontinue features when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or maintain service integrity.

Account controls

You may disconnect authorized provider access and request deletion of your Seller Command account through the controls described at Account deletion, subject to mandatory security, legal, and backup constraints.
