Account deletion

Seller Command is not yet publicly available. The in-app deletion control and production deletion workflow remain release gates and will be verified before App Store submission.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Seller Command and sign in.
2. Open Settings, then Account.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the scope and confirm the exact deletion request.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@aimqwest.ai from the address associated with your Seller Command account. Do not send a password, marketplace token, two-factor code, API key, or payment information. AIMQWEST may require a secure identity-verification step before acting on a request.

What deletion is intended to cover

Deletion is intended to remove or de-identify the Seller Command account and associated customer-controlled app data, disconnect provider access, and revoke active Seller Command sessions, subject to verified operational and legal requirements.

Information that may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, financial reporting, dispute resolution, legal compliance, backup integrity, or proof of an authorized external action. Final retention periods and deletion behavior must match the production privacy policy and pass release verification.

Apple subscriptions

Deleting a Seller Command account does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the Apple ID subscription controls on your device.
