Seller Command by AIMQWEST
Privacy
Last updated: July 18, 2026
Seller Command is in pre-release development. This policy describes the intended Release 1.0 privacy boundary and will be revalidated against the exact App Store release candidate before submission.
Who we are
Seller Command is provided by AIMQWEST Corporation. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@aimqwest.ai.
Information Seller Command may process
- Account and authentication information needed to identify and secure your Seller Command account.
- Seller-account data that you explicitly authorize Seller Command to access, such as listings, orders, offers, buyer inquiries, and related operational status.
- Content you create or approve, including editable message drafts and deliberate action confirmations.
- Subscription and entitlement status supplied by Apple. AIMQWEST does not receive your full payment-card number through Apple in-app purchase.
- Security, diagnostic, and audit records needed to protect accounts, investigate incidents, and prove what was or was not executed.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the workflows you request, prioritize seller work, prepare editable drafts, enforce permissions and subscription limits, maintain security, support account controls, and comply with legal obligations.
AI-assisted features
When an AI-assisted feature is available, Seller Command will require the relevant user consent and will identify the draft as editable. AI output is not automatically sent to a buyer. Seller Command is designed to wait for the user’s manual confirmation.
Sharing and service providers
AIMQWEST may use service providers strictly to operate Seller Command, such as Apple for app distribution and subscriptions, eBay for seller-authorized marketplace access, OpenAI for enabled AI-assisted drafting, and infrastructure providers for secure hosting. Provider use is subject to the user’s authorization and the provider’s applicable terms.
Retention and security
Seller Command is designed to retain information only for defined operational, security, backup, support, and legal purposes. Release-specific retention periods, encryption, backup, and restoration controls must pass final production verification before public launch.
Your controls
Release 1.0 is intended to include controls to review relevant account information, disconnect marketplace access, request export where applicable, and delete your Seller Command account. See Account deletion.
Children
Seller Command is a business application and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product and legal requirements evolve. The current version will remain available at this URL with its effective date.
