Include the app version, iOS version, and a concise description of what you expected and what occurred. Do not email passwords, API keys, payment-card details, marketplace tokens, or two-factor authentication codes.

Before contacting support

  1. Confirm that your iPhone has a current network connection.
  2. Record the exact screen and time of the issue.
  3. Check whether the app presents a deliberate retry, reconnect, or account-control instruction.
  4. Avoid repeating a seller action if its external outcome is unknown.

Account and marketplace access

Seller Command is designed so that marketplace access can be disconnected and no seller account is accessed without that seller’s authorization. Account-deletion information is available at Account deletion.

Release readiness

The homepage completion bar is an engineering-readiness estimate. It is not an App Store approval promise. QCA2 and Perfecto quality-control evidence will remain pending until those exact gates are completed and verified.
